Information sent through inquiry forms

If you submit a website inquiry, the form sends the information you enter—business name, name, email, phone if provided, selected business challenge, and any optional note—to Formspree. Formspree processes and stores submissions and sends a notification to SMB Financial Technology. Formspree may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser, and referring page. See Formspree’s privacy policy for details about its handling and retention of data.

Use the form only for general business inquiries. Do not enter card numbers, bank information, merchant account IDs, statements, passwords, or other sensitive financial details.

Referral submissions

The referral form also sends the referred business’s name, phone, address, and type, along with the referrer’s name, phone, email, preferred reward method, any Venmo username or Zelle email/phone provided, and optional notes to Formspree. I use these details to follow up on the introduction and arrange eligible referral rewards. Please share contact information you have permission to provide. Never submit payment passwords, card numbers, or bank account details.

Booking, file sharing, and partner links

Calendly, Dropbox, Payroc, Funderial, and Vimeo are separate services with their own privacy practices. Calendly handles appointment booking. The Second Look page links to a Dropbox File Request; anyone with that link can upload a file. Use it only for your payment review, and do not include bank login details or full bank account numbers.

Language translation

If you choose a translated version, Google Translate processes page text to provide the translation and may receive information about your visit under Google’s privacy terms. The English version remains available in the language menu.
